Home of Talisayons & San Jose Beach

Talisay, the Rice Granary of Camarines Norte, takes on the challenge of the Information Technology Age by providing a window to our peaceful, small and dynamic town.

Mayor Magana

We are aware that to give our constituents the most efficient and up-to-date services, bring the Talisay local government closer to its people as well as reach talented Talisayons in different parts of the country and overseas, we have to maximize the use of the worldwide web.

In our pursuit for development, Talisay has developed and evolved as one of the most promising town in the province of Camarines Norte. We have implemented several foreign funded projects that intend to maximize and sustain agricultural production and pursue the role of the municipality as the "Food Basket" of the province through the rehabilitation/opening of farm-to-market roads, provision for farm inputs and equipments along with the construction of irrigation canals.

We are now at the threshold of realizing the mission and vision that we have set for an agro-industrial municipality. We set our minds on the improvement and intensification of tourism programs, upgrade our labor force and skilled manpower as well as pursue a rational industrialization and balanced enviromental program.

We share with you the future of Talisay. We invite you to explore and enjoy the municipality through this website and hope that with your support and our determination and collective actions, we will work together for a brighter future for our beloved town.
